Marissa’s Bunny
Marissa’s Bunny
In a quick programming note, later this week is Mailbag day- if you have any questions about Marissa, Infantile Spasms, or anything you think I may know the answer to, email Marissa!
12:30 on a Wednesday afternoon means two things- Marissa’s taking a brief nap, and her weekly physical therapy is over for the week. While the crankies were in full effect, Marissa did a great job through it all. Irritation seizure activity was very low, and for whatever the reason, Marissa didn’t give up on us like she normally does.
Sure, she’s upset in these pictures, but if you’re a long time reader or have even been through the archives lately, you’ll see these are an improvement. This isn’t Mom in the pictures- it’s the therapist. For now, if Marissa knows Mom is home, then we’re out of luck for effective therapeutic work as she cries and cries for her Mama in her own particular style.

Fairfax and Signs of Spring
One of Fairfax’s first destinations was Johnson’s Creek, Wisconsin last summer, in the blazing heat of the day. We’re on the third change of season since then. One of the brood lives there permanently and checks in from time to time on the farm he lives on.

Coming up next : Letter to the Newsweek Editor
You’d think an 18 month old girl could hold her own bottle.
We’re thrilled she can do it with assistance.
